CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) ADVISORY NOTICE
Consistent with Executive Order No. N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of
California and the Sonoma County Health Official Orders No. C19-03 and C19-05 the City of
Petaluma City Council meeting will not be physically open to the public and all City
Councilmembers will be teleconferencing into the meeting via Zoom.
How to Observe and/or Particiaate:
To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of
the public can observe and/or participate in the meeting by visiting

Petaluma Community Access broadcasts on Comcast and Petaluma's local channel 28. With
AT&T LI-Verse, PCA's channels are accessible through channel 099. Local channels are not
currently available on Satellite/DISH Networks.
How to Submit Public Comment
Members of public may provide written public comment by emailing comments to the City Clerk
at cityclerk@cityofpetaluma.org. two hours prior to the meeting start (May 4, 2020 at 4:45 p.m.).
Comments will then be read into the record, with a maximum allowance of 3 minutes per
individual comment, subject to the Mayor's discretion. All comments should be a maximum of
350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time.

A. Consideration and Possible Introduction of an Ordinance Approving an
Amendment to the Lease Agreement between SMART and the City for the Depot
Property, APN 007-131-004, to Provide for Shared Use of Parking on the Depot
Property and Access, Signage, and Striping Improvements on the Depot Property.

Resolution Ordering Abatement of Nuisances Consisting of Weeds Growing Upon
Public and Private Property in the City of Petaluma and Ordering the Fire

C. Introduction of an Ordinance (First Reading) approving Zoning Text Amendments
to the SmartCode Section 1.10.010, Table 3.1, Section 4.70.040 and Section 9.10.020
