Robert Meyer,-City Manager CORRESPONDENCE The clerk read a Letter from Mitchell. Howard., requesting a use permit to allow the burning of car bodies a't ,their , wrecking yard lo- cated at 815 Wilson Street. - (Use Permit U26-60 issued to A. Co White and Marshall Williams whlich allowed the Wrecking yard,, did not allow the burning of car bodle's). In view of the fact that the Commission had just sent the'Sonoma County Commission a letter request- ing that ,a "non-burning" rule be considered when reviewing applica- tions submitted to the County for use permits mits in this area,. the Com- mission unanimously dented the request. U2 ' 7-62, granting the use permit, was introduced by Comm. Gustafson,. and se-co I nded by Comm, Lane,, and was unanimously passed by all members present. NORTH S. F. BAY INDUSTR IAL _PARK 9 TENTATIVE MAP APPROVAL # FILE John Simpkins, of the.George S. Nolte, engineering firm, represented the owner, James B. Morehead, and asked for a d1elay on action on the tentative map for the North San Franci Bay Industrial Park, on North McDowell Blvd., mainly because the Planner had a number of recom- mendations on the map, pertaining to;parce.l size,, access, parking area, etc. and Mr. Simpkins wanted to confer mith Mr. Morehead regarding same,. Action was held over unt-il August 21, 1962.
