REISSUE OF USE PERMIT U21-60 FILED BY FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST SCIENTIST
A request was submitted by the First Church of Christ Scientist to re-
new their use perm1t first granted April 26, .1960 to operate a church
nursery, reading room, and future private parking lot for church mem-
bers, located at 522 "B" Street. A brief staff report was presented
by Mr. Byrd stating that conditions - under which this use permit was
granted remain essentially the same with the exception of the modifi-
cation of the zoning ordinance requirements and the change of zone from
R to R-2-3000. Res,, Res,. U5 =63 approving renewal of the use permit,
was Introduced by Comm, Solomon, seconded by Comm. Lieb and was unani-
mously passed subject to the following cond,it.ions.: ( 1 ) All conditions
set forth in the original use permit shall be complied with and (2)
all requirements set forth In Zoning Ordinance No. 662 shall be complied
with.'
AIRPORT SITE HEARING SET FOR APRIL 2, 19630
Chairman Stanley set April ,2 as the time for the public hearing to con-
sider the modification of the General Plan to indicate the location of
a local airport. At that time a report will b e presented by Mr. Byrd,
who at present is work with Mr. King of the County Planning Staff,
to clarify the situation.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meet-
ing was adjourned.
