Mr. Byrd presented his staff report and recommended approval of the application subject to several conditions. Chairman S ' ta:nley invited anyone from the audience to speak. To� 36 & 37 remain R-2 asdesign on the map instead of R-1 as recom- mended by Mr. Byrd, The chairman informed Mr. Tornell, that at such time that the subdivision - is further along and R-2 is deemed feasible for these two lots, the reque.st to have it changed to R-2 would be taken under advisement at that time... The Planning Director also read the report from the amity Engineer and Park & Recreation Director listing their recommendations. All -reports are made part of the reso- lution and filed therewith. Mr. Ben Miller, 309 B.odega Avenue, asked several questions of the Planner relative to the size & shape of the proposed new parcel. Res. V19-63, granting the variance, was intro- duced by Comm. Lieb, seconded by;Comm. Gatewood and unanimously passed by all members present subject t.o the conditions listed in the Plan- ner's report, made part of the resolution. ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL FOR ALTERATIONS TO AN EXISTING BUILDING LOCATED ON 209 PETALUMA BOULEVARD SOUTH;. Plans were submitted by Allred Bell'uccl & Lucy Webb for architectural approval of proposed alterations to the existing building located at 209 Pet. Blvd. So. for the purpose of establishing a real estate.o.f- 41 fice in said building. An oral res., giving arch-itectural approval, - Po was Introduced by Comm. -pp, seconded by Comm.
