Commission In answer to the request of the, Petaluma''C'itk Counci 1 for 'a'. J6.Int study for pr -s­ cising the Master Plan in. the. Petaluma, fringe. areas. Mr.. Prather stated that, .due. to. t,hedr .current worrk lead a nd planning program, an Immediate joint study could not be undertaken but .assured the City Planning.
