APPROVAL OF MINUTES - the .minutes -for the meetings of Sept. 17 and n 1963 were approved as submitted CORRESPONDENCE The Planner read a letter received from Henris Roofing relative '� to correction of zoning Vi.olatl6h.' Mir. Byrd informed the Commission that progress is being made in screening the area as required by the condition of the Use Permit., Mr. Byrd also informed the 'Commission that 'a. repor had been sent to the Counci.i regarding the me;et1ng with District IV., Division of High - waysQ officials,, to coordinate future traffic planning for the Peta® luma Area.
