tary. Mr. Byrd also Informed the Commi'ss'ion of two .Planning courses
available to the Planning' Commission land'a.s.ked that he be contacted if
anyone was interested In att ending said classes.

employed by John L. Novak, was present and spoke In behalf of the re-
quest. In view of the facts stated in the Plannervs report and includ-
ing those setforth in the Flood Control and City Engineer's reports,
Res. 188 denying acc.eptance of the tentative map was Introdaced by C
missioner Popp, sec Comm. Cavanagh and unanimously passed by all
members present. All, reports submitted were made part of the file.

Tentative map for Novak 5,was also reviewed. Similar reports as those
regarding Novak 4 were submitted and filed. Based on said reports (made
part of the file) Res. 189 denying the tentative map of Novak Subdivision
No, 5.was Introduced by C'omm.'Popp, seconded by Comm. S,tanley and passed
unanimously by all.members I present. Mr.. Byrd Informed Mr. Mitchell that
both-maps w * Ill be acceptable at such.time as they are resubmitted wih t
the corrections completed as s.etforth In the varlous reports.

variance, Res. V26-63 denying the variance was introduced by Comm. Stan
