In view of the facts stated in the Plannervs report and includ- ing those setforth in the Flood Control and City Engineer's reports, Res. 188 denying acc.eptance of the tentative map was Introdaced by C missioner Popp, sec Comm. Cavanagh and unanimously passed by all members present. All, reports submitted were made part of the file. NOVAK 5, TENTATIVE MAP, FILE NO. 189 Tentative map for Novak 5,was also reviewed. Similar reports as those regarding Novak 4 were submitted and filed. Based on said reports (made part of the file) Res. 189 denying the tentative map of Novak Subdivision No, 5.was Introduced by C'omm.'Popp, seconded by Comm. S,tanley and passed unanimously by all.members I present. Mr.. ('Mr. Forney Intends to move a home an the site which Is vacant for an existing garage). The Planner presented the staff report, which was made part of the file.
