In view of the facts stated in the Plannervs report and includ- ing those setforth in the Flood Control and City Engineer's reports, Res. 188 denying acc.eptance of the tentative map was Introdaced by C missioner Popp, sec Comm. Cavanagh and unanimously passed by all members present. All, reports submitted were made part of the file. NOVAK 5, TENTATIVE MAP, FILE NO. 189 Tentative map for Novak 5,was also reviewed. Similar reports as those regarding Novak 4 were submitted and filed.
