Morehead, was Intro- duced by Comm. Stanley, iseconded by Comm,Cavanagh and passed by ,all members present. IJ REVIEW OF PROPOSED , CHERRY VAILEY. SCHOOL SITE William F.. Sacke.s, of the W. F. Backes Construction Co., Inc. ap- peared before the Commission to present their tentative plans for a Planned Unit Development to be located, on the southeast corner of the East Wathl.ngto,n St. - Ely Road Inte-nsection'. Mr. Byrd pre- sented a staff report indicating;-the general development proposals for this property and also listed the data and information the ap- plicants must furnish In order to comply with the city regulations. The Commissioners indicated they would look favorably upon such a development at such time as the plans are presented. The Planne:T submitted a new street plan for the Cherry Valley School Site for the Commission's approval. The tep stated that the new pattern is an improvement; over' the original street plan. A motion, was Introduced by Comm'. -Popp, ,seconded I by Comm. Gatewood and passed by all members present app' the r'ev1sed development plan for the Cherry Valley .School Site as presented by the Planner. A letter -regard1hg same will be forwarded to the Petaluma School Dis- trict. REVIEW OF BOUNDARY FOR PROPOSED REZONING TO R-1-10 V The Commission established the boundary for the proposed rezoning of certain land in the Schuman Road - Magnolia ,Avenue area from an R-1-6000 zone to an R-1-1 zone. The Commi.ssion ordered said proposed zoning change to be published and -s'et public hearing for their next meeting to be held on January 1. 1964- Mr. Byrd noted that exceptions should be granted to developers within the rezoning area who have already developed their tentative subdivi- sion plans. CHAIRMAN DIED IS RESIGNATION The chairmanship of the City Planning Commission was turned over to Comm. Ciatewood at this time Comm.
