by Santa Rosa to establish, an area-wide Planning for the San-

CHESTER JAGOBSEN, VARIANCE, FI LE V1 -67
The Commission reviewed the variance request filed by Ch
ester Jacobsen
to allow a 15 ft. rear yard setback, for a proposed triplex to be con -
structed. at 414 Prospect Stre.et.o The Planner xecommended that the
Variance be granted in view of the fact that it s,an existing sub -
standard Iot and that two sides do have ;20 ft. setbacks. There were
no objections. V1 -67, granting the variance and site design approval,
was introduced by Comm„ Gatewood, seconded by Comm.. Popp and passed®

A motion was introduced, by Comm., Popp., seconded by .C;ommo Gatewood, and
passed, granting site design review for the proposed 7- Eleven.Market to
be located at the corner of Washington & Howard Streets, with the con
di.tions as, stated in the Planner's report. (A landscape ;plan must be
