REGIONAL P'la'nning Di�re,ctor. Robert "E. • Byrd informed - the - Commission
PLAN that a meeting will •be held- in 'the - near future regarding
the proposals contained the AB'AG Preliminary Regional
= Plan. The .plans encompass. the nine &ay Area Counties.

Chairman•Stanley - opened the - public hearing regarding the

- ruse . permit' application filed -by Manuel Amaral. to allow, a.
