Addkes'sed to the Rlanninq Commission from Mr,. Rav Soccaleoni,
Chairman of the Park-s & RecrOation :C.btmizsaonj wherein he stated.
that the Commission will recommend to the City Council that an
architect be hired by the City to prepare.fo ' r. I them a. plan ,f or
'the development of'Lut-chosi Park. Mt..Bo-ccaleoni extended an
invitation to the Planning Conuhlszion to work with the Parks &
Recreation'Commission on said' plan.

issued by the Sonoma County B oard of Zoning Adjustments to the
Castlewood oil Company (Dave Caller for a coffee shop, truck
.scales, etc. lobated at 2531 Petaluma, Blvd. South had been re-
ceived, one of the conditions of the use permit reads as, follows:
"That landscaping b e coordinated with the Petaluma C�ommission
approved by'the Sonoma County Planning Department.. 'The Planning
Director stated that t. Cader had been contacted and a plan would

Z1 -68, recommending to the City Counch that the area be

*MAP, McGivern read a favorable .report from the City Engineer,
