Mr. Joseph Burton, Engineer repre- senting Mr-: Maddalena, addressed 'the Commission. Mr. Bur ton stated, an oral approval had been given to the preliminary lot split map submitted in July of 1967, . by ;both the City Planning and Engineering Departments, and he opposed the additional requirements now being re- ques by the Engineering Department. (In particular the condition to ,extend -a ,25� foot right -of -way and a 15 foot ' Publ i c Utility Easement to the. end of Lot No. 4.) Note: The :Planning Director stated according to the Planning Department f.les no official approval was granted the lot :split_, map filed in June, 1967 and for, this reason another ;map was filed; in October, 1967.
