ATLANTIC The Commission . reviewed the Variahc6 application filed
RICHFIELD by Atlant1c. Richfield Corporation to allow a sign 50

at .1721 Lakeville -Highway in .,a CH Zone. A staff .

by mr.'Mcoivekh. Mr. J. A;. Robbins,, representing the
applicant, addressed the Commission, He indicated

all present.

SORENSEN The .Commission reviewed the site plans for the proposed
MORTUARY' Sorensen Mortuary to be located at Petaluma Boulevard
SITE North and Cemetery Lane. I'n his report, Mr. McG'ivern
DESIGN indicated that the proposed development complies with
all the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance regarding
parking., landscape plans, etc. A motion, granting site
design approval, with the conditions as outlined in
the Planner's report., was introduced by Comm. Perry,
seconded by Comm. Battaglia and passed unanimously.
BLAIR The Commission reviewed the site, plans for the rehabili-
THOMP80N tation of the Old Honda Shop building located at 925
STORE Petaluma. Blvd. North. Mr. McGivern "stated that since the
REMODEL building already exists, no provisions for offstreet
parking can be required. Mr.. Walter Thompson was
present on behalf of the applicant. A motion, granting
site design approval with the condition that the al-
terations comply with the requirements'se.tforth by the
Building Department, was introduced by Comm. Perry,
seconded by Comm. Battaglia, and passed unanimously.
