the Commission that the report cohc6rted the

PET e PLAZA A comprehensive staff report, listing 10 conditions
SHOPPING of .approval, was presented by Mr. M.o.Givern Mr.
CENTER William. Kuba.Ph, designer for the :center, was present
SITE DESIGN and voiced no objections to the conditions. A
representative from Ad Art Sign Company also sub-
mitted plans for the sign to be constructed for the
Plaz " A motion, approving, site design with the

onditins as outlined in the Planning Director's
report., including the free standing sign, was in-
troduoed by Comm. Perry, seconded. by Comm, Koenitzer
and passed unanimously,
ATLANTIC Chairman ,Stanley opened the public hearing to consider

USE PERMIT Corporation to be located within the proposed

Was pr-es °ented by Mr® McG`ivern, recommending approval
s.ubj ect to 12 conditions, Mr Papal Griffith, repre-
senting Atlantic & Richfield, was present and agreed
in general with the conditions set forth in the
P'lanni rig. Director "s report Res U24 -68, approving
the use permit, with the conditions as stated in
the report, was introduced by Comm, Styles,
seconded'by Comm. Perry and passed unanimously,
Site design approval for the subject service station
was, a_nterroduced by Comm,: Styles, seconded by Comm..
Perry, and passed unanimously subject to the conditions
outlined by the Planning Director listed for the
use permit File U24-6
