Monday, March 23, 2020. - This will not be held and the items will be continued to the

A. Introduction (First Reading) of an Ordinance 2725 N.C.S. to Update Radar Enforceable
Speed Limits on Certain Streets within the City of Petaluma. (Beatty/Stutsman)
B. Accept the Housing Element Annual Progress Report for the 2019 Calendar Year and
Direct Staff to Submit the Report to the State of California Department of Housing and
Community Development and, with the 2019 Housing Successor Report Send the Report
to the State Office of Planning and Research. (Hines/Carney) - Council direction to staff
to send the report to the State Office of Planning and Research.
C. Discussion and Direction Regarding Adoption of Local Reach Code/All-Electric
Regulations. (Hines/Hughes)

A. Adoption of Urgency Ordinance 2724 N.C.S. Extending a Moratorium on Approval of
Applications for New Gas Station Uses in the City of Petaluma That Are Not Already
Complete as May 6, 2019 pursuant to California Government Code Section 65858 and
Other Applicable Laws, and Resolution 2020-041 N.C.S. Issuing a Written Report
Describing the Measures Taken Alleviate the Condition which Led to the Adoption of the
