Engineer .which_:stated that-,the. subdivision complies with all,..the requirements .of .the. law,_ ,and that the map is substantially the same,,as. the tentative.map_ approved by the Planning ..Commission.on- March.4, 1969. Res. 17 -69, approving the Final Map of Footh Manor #1, was intro- .duced ,by_Comm. Koenitzer,..seconded by Comm.. Perry, and passed..by all members present. WES GEHRKE The Commission reviewed the site plans for the proposed SITE DESIGN triplex to be constructed at 424 Seventh. Street. A FILE 5.125 favorable staff report, subject to compliance with 5 conditions, was presented by Mr. McGivern. Mr. Wes Gehrke voiced no objections to the conditions imposed. A motion, approving site design with the conditions outlined in the Planner's report, was introduced by Comm. Koenitzer, seconded by Comm.. Perry and approved by all members present. STUDY SESSION A study session was scheduled for'May 13, 1969. The PROPOSED Commission will review the proposed Mobile Home Park Ordinance and the Rules and Regulations for the Trans- action of Business for the City Planning Commission, as adopted in 1962. A public hearing relative to adop- tion of the Mobile Home Park Ord. is scheduled for 5/20 SERVICE STATION A motion was made by Comm. Perry,•seconded by Comm. MORATORIUM Koenitz,er and passed b all members present, requesting that the City Council (if they adopt the Service Station Ordinance) declare a moratorium on applications for ser- vice stations until after the ordinance becomes effective.
