Deer Creek Village Shopping Center'
h We live in Petaluma and have great difficulty understanding why you would build a new (Deer Creek
Village Shopping Center) shopping center when there are several unoccupied retail and commercial
buildings available in Petaluma_. We want to preserve the quality of life. in Petaluma and feel the
structures already built should be occupied before more land is consumed with concrete,
added traffic; and increased noise. We drove around 'Petaluma and found the following vacant
buildings:
