Henry. Ross reported that he had . compared the• ZONING ORDINANCE
final draft. as presented by City Attorney
Brook's with'the ordinance which the Gommission
approved- after hearings, . and found no sub -
stantial changes, although the numbering of
'secti i,s, changed and-there is one error in
typing as follows: under section 15.3,
a,, b and c should read 15. 1a,. h, 2 and 3"
and the' same error under 1.54•
The Comm "is,s on dec_d . to add, under _Chapter
IV, Section: 4 .1 (d) "Home occupations pro-
vided that a use permit shall be.obta:ined in
e =ach case ".
The same wording to be added under Section
5.:1 as "(;f) and under Section 1 a -s "(g) ".
Under section, l&,10 "Home Occiipati'ons "' -the
following; sentense is to be deleted: ".
