California RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTEST'S IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 24 LAICEVII,I,E HIGHWAY ROAD IMPROVEMF,N'fS The City Council of the City of Petaluma resolves: On October 2, 1995 and on October 16, 1995, the City Council opened public. hearings on the resolution of intention and the engineer's report on the proposed improvement in Assessment District No. 24, Lakeville Highway Road Improvements, City of Petaluma, Sonoma County, California, and continued the hearings from time to time to February 5, 1996. At or before the times set for public hearings, certain interested persons made protests or objections to the proposed improvement, the extent of the assessment district or the proposed assessment. The City Council hereby overrules each of these protests, written or oral. The Ciry Council finds that the protest against the proposed improvement (including all written protests not withdrawn in writing before the conclusion of the protest hearing) is made by the owners of less than one-half of the area of the land to be assessed for the improvement.
