ITVIr Brooks stated that CouAc'ilman Anderson has been appointed as .a Commiasioner and that his resignation at the meeting fol 1 „oti*ing his appointment was not ;accepted' by' the Council and that he is, theref ore, the Council's representative on the Planning Commission until the Council, accep his resigrriation and appoints another, Co,unc.i man as a memoer of the Commission.
