Granted providing a se.p:arat.e shower and
toilet facilities are provided for each
trailer in keeping with his existing court.

Motion was made by Hatch, seconded by
DeLuca, that this matter -be referred to
the City Attorney.. The Planning-Commission
feels that this should be denied and wishes
advice as to legal grounds

Some discussion took place concerning fire
hazard aspects due to no proper driv:,w y
or access to the property, and the following
decision was made:
Granted providing ingre,s,s and egress. to the
property is obtained to accommodate fire
equipment.

No action was taken as.the application does

Mr. Paulsen of Schumen Road appeared' MR. PAULSEN
personally and submitted.hi,s application
for a three room guest house, to be,built
adjoining his garage and to be used by
hi °s :`f amity.
The Planning Commission informed him that
if he submits a letter explaining that this.
is to be used as a gue.st: house or for members
of the family and riot to be rented , for
income purposes, the Pl..anning Commission
will grant a use p'e'rmit, as his lot is a
large, Iot (.801 x 150')
Mr. Ross reported that a list of all
property owners, including their old zone
and .the'•proposed new zone, has been prepared
and a copy of it is being forwarded to the
City Attorney who will send out.notices to
all property owners. Mr. Ross also stated
that three copies of the list are on file
in the Public Works Department office.
It.was suggested by the .City Manager that
the applicants be informed of - the date
their application is t.o be - considered and
that they be invited to attend the meeting.
H suggested that the invitation be by
phone wherever possible. He also stated
he-thought it would be well to change the
Luncheon - Conference Meeting•.to an evening
meeting which the applcant attend.

Army was received requesting maps or data U. S. ARMY
indicating future shore line development.
The letter was referred to Mr. Krause, City
