Today, ,Mr. Skaggs appeared at the meeting and
'ked the Planning 'Cormnis.sion, to r econsider

for all the trailers• at the pr.es.ent time .:and he
would like, to have an extension of time. He: said
that' he felt the. lot was a fire hazard 0. R. :SKAGGS
before he bought it and since it is not a
state: law that .he have private bathroom
facilities for each trailer, he' would like
to have the Planning Commission► resolution
amended to give him: ample time to'build shower
and toilet f'ac.ilities
Decision: A motion was made by Anderson and ,
seconded by DeLuca that the resolution be
amended +as f ollows'
He Is, allowed to install immediately three
trailers. Four months from the date. of the
granting of this. application, one private
,shower and toilet facilities must be added..
Before 'the fourth trailer. can be installed,
-a second private shower :and. toilet facil`,iti_es
must be instal.l Before the seventh trailer
is 'installe,d, there must be three private
showers and toilet, fac ilities;; before the
tenth trailer is install 'ed, there must be four
private: showers and 'toilet facilities. At the
end of a two year period from .the date of the
. granting of this application., shower and toilet
facil'iti,es for every trailer, not t,o exceed
twelve trailers, must be installed in the area
now in question.

Walter Thompson,, through Nr. Ross, asked WALTER THOMPSON
an unofficial opinion about building two
houses on Third Street to have a se -t -back
to conform with the set =back of the body
and fender shop next "t'o the house's proposed,.,
As this is in a commercial zone., the Planning
Commission, stated. they would permit such a
set -back when formal application including.a
plot plan is made.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:30` P.M. until November 28, 1949,
in the Council. Chambers, City Hall, at L:00 P.M
