The Regular Me @tin of the Planning Commis -lion was held in the
Council Chambers, 'City Hall, at 4:30 P -.M.
Present: Commissioners Anderson,, Arfsten,- Kinne,-Hatch & DeLuca
Abserit: None
Advising: Mr. Ross Mr. Neis, Mr. Brooks, and Mr.. Krause
As copies of the minutes of` the previous meeting were distributed
to all members, it was voted to dispense with the reading of the
minutes. The minutes were approved as written.`
A- pub,li.c hearing was.held to determine wheth BERT WILLIAfVI ON
er or not a u_se should,b'e extended HEARING
for 3-months for a barber shop belonging to
Mr. Bert Williamson at 638' "E' Street.
Letters were sent. 27 property owners ask-
ing that they appear or write letters to the
Commission expre.ssing,their opinions. No
one appeared but 7 letters were received, 6.
of which were approvals and 1 of which was a
disapproval of the barber .shop DeLuca
said he talked to one of the property owners
who received letter and he thought it was
the purpose of the Commission ''to - make ,Such
decisions without asking the public. to appear.
