the City Attorney give a decision as to whether

After a discussion, 'the Commission asked: Mr. Krause BITILDING CODE
to write a letter to the Council recommending the
adoption of the 19'49; Building 'Code with the modi—
fications recommended by city officials.
Mr. 'Ross was asked - to investigate the bottleneck.
He ;was asked to. study it and recommend to the;
Planning. Commission.a way°to remove the present
situation,
