Luca Absent: Commissioner -Myers City; Officials Present: II[r. Lyman, Mr' Neis, IVlr. Brooks & Mr. Krause Mhutes of the previous meeting were approved as APPROVAL OF MUTES .mailed out. A`letter from Mr. Brooks was read in which he said G. F. TREY OAK TERRACE the City's records failed to show that,,w*p dedication has Over been offered or accepted ry.the City covering the street known as Oak Terrace. Mr. Frey was present and asked how to go labout. makng Oak Ter -race a dedicated street:. 16 Brooks suggested that he, get a . title search on the property -and then he could go ,about having it dedicated The Commission could do nothing further until they hear from Mr; Freyo Ap lication. for a variance to change setback to MARTIN A. Stinar and Mr. Neis said they had talked to Mre Rodgers, Mr. Stinar',s neighbor., and he had no objections to such a setback. , August 21, 1950, at 1:30 P.M. was the date ,set for a public hearing on the variance. Mr. Stoni.tsch was present and asked the Commission ST. JOHN" LUTHERAN for permission to setback 15 feet on "D" Street CHURCH on the residence which he is•cons:tructing for the church. The Commission informed him a variance would be necessaryo. Mr..Stonitsch: agreed to. such a` procedure and the date for a public hearing, was set for August 21, 195,0, at 4 :30 P,M, Application for a variance to place'a second single family dwelling on ,a lot • 54 x 189 feet in an R-1 zone. Date of public hearing set for August 21, 1950, at 4 .-30 P.M. Application. for a use ,permit for a radiator service shop: and mechanical work,, Mr. Eeiekert was mot, present at the - meeting so the clerk was instructed to write to Mr. Feckert and ask 'him, to be present at the August 21 meeting to discuss,`his application. They also instructed the clerk to advise. Mr..
