The Commission explained that a variance would be necessary and gave their informal opinion that a variance would probably be denied. However,, they offered their assistance in any way possible. Pte. SILVA They have a lot 75 x 150 feet'in the 700 block of Sixth Street. At the present time there is one dwelling on the property and it is located in an R-1 zone. They wish to build an additional three room home on - the lot. Ms. & Mrs. Silva were asked to present a plot plan at the next Commission meeting and further consideration Yrill be given at that time: 149 They also reported a lot located at 504 Sixth Street whi they felt 'should be cleaned. This matter was referred .to the Fire Department for their action. Present: Commissioner Arfsten, Kinne and De Luca Absent: Commissioner Brown and Putnam City Officials Present: Mr. Marshall, Per. Neis and Mr. Krause Application to install a 24 hour ice service , station at,721 Third Street for a period not to exceed 3 years from this date.'
