Mr. Marshall was asked to contact the City Attorney
and get a legal opinion as to what responsibility
the City might have.if it were named and addresses
placed there.
Mr, 'Volker was present. He has two lots on
North Webster Street, part of which is outside
the City and part in. He vrishes to build a
storage building on part of the land which is
outside the city,;and three cabins on the part
inside.
The Commission explained that a variance would
be necessary and gave their informal opinion that
a variance would probably be denied. However,, they
offered their assistance in any way possible.

Mr. Marshall was asked to contact-the City Attorney
regarding the sideline setback of the property and
inform Mrs. Inwood of Mr. (Brooks' findingae
Mr. & Mrs. Silva were present at the meeting. Pte. SILVA
They have a lot 75 x 150 feet'in the 700 block of
Sixth Street. At the present time there is one
dwelling on the property and it is located in an
R-1 zone. They wish to build an additional three
room home on - the lot.
Ms. & Mrs. Silva were asked to present a plot plan
at the next Commission meeting and further consideration

They also reported a lot located at 504 Sixth Street
whi they felt 'should be cleaned. This matter was
referred .to the Fire Department for their action.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting,,vras
adjourned at 9:15 p.m.

Independent Ice 4 Fuel Company.
Present: Commissioner Arfsten, Kinne and De Luca
Absent: Commissioner Brown and Putnam
City Officials Present: Mr. Marshall, Per. Neis and Mr. Krause
Application to install a 24 hour ice service
, station at,721 Third Street for a period not to
exceed 3 years from this date.'
