The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as written,,
Three representatives of the Calvary Baptist Church CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH
were present seeking information regarding the•
building-of a church - on the northwest corner of
East D & Vallejo Street.. The lot is approximately
185'ft. x 185 ft,
They were informed that a use permit would be:
.necessary and that some thought should be given

for the consideration of the Commission.

City limits, opposite Kenilworth Park ",
2 Corer of Ellis and East Washington Street
across from Manley School; Approximately 2 acres
of undivided land.
3. The northeast corner of Kenilworth Park adjacent
to the Krbsky.Propertyo
4. Wilson Street in the vicinity p,nd southeast. of
the silk mill.
The' sites were discussed ,and Mr. Dickerson was asked
to make a study of the approximato and the valuation
of ,the suggest6d properties and submit a report at the
next.regular meetili

It was the opinion. of the'Commis that if per—,
mission is granted to erect such .a:-sign it will
be setting 4 precedent and future requests will

A deed of dedication-for Belle View Avenue from FMJ VIEW AVENUE
Maria,Terra was received and discussed.
Mr , Marshall said the street has'been open at,least
ten years but has never been dedicated. Plans and
specifications are being prepared for the improvement
of Belle View, along with seVieral other streets, in an
Improvement District.
1frW Brooks stated that he thought "it - would be all
right for the Commission to recommend acceptance of the
. street after•a resolution of intention to improve the
street had be&n passed by the City`.Council that if
the,'City Council had passed such 'a. resolution, they
have it within their power to f orce the improvement
of the street.
It "was decided that the matter would, be held in
abeyance until it--,is-known'when improvement pToceedings
can be started.
