Dedication of Propeeiy for Street Parposes - Mr.. Baird explained that
Mrs. Frahm and MIr. and k1rs. Lynch propose to dedic-ato a 30; wide strip of
land,, 3000 longv for a, street to be known as branching Way. PIWIS were
subo"itted designating the location of the proposed street. Mr. Seiler
info,_mied the Commission that he has a plan for the development of the
adjoining property and asked the Commission to re -view this plan before
making nny decision. The matter was held -in aboyance.
Skating Rink - The application of Hr. Jack Thayer for a Use Permit to
opomte a sicating rink was read at this time. Fr. Kinne was presont on
behalf of Mr. Thayer. 'Mr. Kinne e,,-plainod that the rink would be for
roller skating and would `be qperatsd during the afternoon and waning hours.
He added thati, lir. Thayor qperated a Ank of this type; in Petaluma several
years ago. There, b6 hg no objectIons to the pjVlicaticn, Commissioner
Seiler introduced .a resolution approving the request. The resolution was -
seconded by Commidaioner Hatters.
