Chaiman Dickerson stated that it being the time and plare set for public
hearing on the application of Danial Ficco for a Variance requesting pendesion
to build a home . en a sub-Stand'ard lot at 115 Fair Street,, co in-Rents would be
received. There being no objqptions.received, Connissioner Talamantes
Introduced a raebliition reco'7412ending approval of the Council on this application.
The resolution was seconded by Commissioner Fcwster 2nd received the unanimous
approval of the, Coto 6sione§rij present.
There being no further business to. codes before the Commission, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:15

Mrs. Plumar., 130 East Court, stated, that due to the fact that East Court is a
