Chairman Dickerson stated that it being the time and plar-e set for public
hearing on the Application of Ddniel Ficco for a Variance requesting perjrdLasion

Introduced a resolution recoramending approval of the Council on this &� plication�
The resolution was seconded by Commissioner Forster and received the unanimous
approval of the. Commi ssi oners present.
There being no further business to come beforathe Corimdesion, the meeting was
ndjournzed at 7:15 P.M.

The regular meeting of the °Plarining Cry mmission'was hold Tuesday, January 1
February 1 IM at 700,F.H. in the Council Chambers, Uty Hall.
Present: Commissioners' Dicker. Forster, Matzen, Seiler and Talamantes.
Absent: Co=missioner 1. el
City Offi,c Donald Baird, - City Er4ineer.
The application of Floyd Northam,, 114 East Lburt., for a Use Permit to conduct
Sunday School and Hissionvork at 114 East court., vas mad at this time.
Chairman Dickerson called for commenta.
Mrs. Plummor, 130 East Court, , stated that due to the f act that 'East Court ie a
dead-end street without croup streets, a large number of automobiles parked on
the street at one time ,will. cause a traffic-basard. She also stated that the
childred play,games in th� street after Sunday School and residents find it

mr. Northam ste#,6d that this is - a temporary lo'cation' for their Sunday School and
MISSion. Work and added that when their congregation e%panda,, they will seek a

therefore there would probably be two cars. Mr. Seiler pointed out that he
lies no idea whether the merchandise vould be a fire hazards
Mr. Dickerson stated -that we would obtain a report from, Fire Chief Dana Nielson
and he would also contact yid°. Bender Oreham. Mr. Bickeroon stated that a
public hearing would 'be held ?uesday,, February 16, 1954, at 7 :30 P.M.
At this time Mr. Willis, .'103 East Court, , re uested that a Slow- Childred at
Play sign be placed on East Court and that a speed Limit be set at 15 M.P.H.
Fero Baird explained that the ppeed limit vi thin the City, except in school
zones, is 25 R.P.H. and referred Mr . Willis to the City Manager.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting,
was adjourned.
