Cowtissioner Bigelow stated that he had been appointed as a I reprose ntative of the City Council. Commissioner Talm-pates nominated Cormission- or Forster w the Planning CoLhmisaion repreeentative, The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Bigelow and received the un-anintoua approval of the era present. A reaplution Approving the application for 60 days was introduced by Conaissioner 'Ugelo and seconded by Commiasioner Talamantes. - The fore resolution was adopted by unanimous approval of the com present. Mr. Baird read the application and supplement to the application of Mr. & Mrs. 'Charles E. GiMiney for an extension of their existing We Permit. Kr. Mr. Seiler asked Mr. Gimmey if It had not been b1s intention to move his place of business at the tim of socuring his original Use Permit. Mr. Gimmey stated that he had planned to do so but the deal E1 fell through". ICr.
