The present buildings lie directly upon the property line The clerk was directed to' ask the City Attorneyes opinion on Whether it Is legal to issue a Use Permit in this case where one is expanding a nonconforming use and at the same time is not able to comply with the side yard requirements. CARL W. PETERSON Carl Peterson-submitted to the commission for their opinion a proposed plan to con- struct a one-way street turning right at the end of Alma Court to Dos -is Street and making Doris Street one-way from there left to Payran Street. The .commission suggested that Mr. Peterson contact John Adams, Surveyor. There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting wa's adjourned until January 1'8, 1'9550
