The present buildings lie directly upon the property line The clerk was directed to' ask the City Attorneyes opinion on Whether it Is legal to issue a Use Permit in this case where one is expanding a nonconforming use and at the same time is not able to comply with the side yard requirements. CARL W. PETERSON Carl Peterson-submitted to the commission for their opinion a proposed plan to con- struct a one-way street turning right at the end of Alma Court to Dos -is Street and making Doris Street one-way from there left to Payran Street.
