Coun-cil from Mr. John Kenney of the Macken
Development Company, was reviewed. by Mr_.. Ingram
requesting that the sewer pipe s,pec,ff cations'
be changed _from-Tians-ite to c pipe in, the
construction of Kenworth Manor Subdivisionl,
a,s.delivery of Transite can not he made for a
p eriod of ap P 'r o k 1 ma t e. 1 y 90 days..." As e
by Mr, ijigram, clay pipe is comparable ..in
qua'ljty but that installation requires more
