Absent Commiss*bner Robfogel,
EUGENE LINCTREN Mr. Lingren desired to know the steps t be taken so
that, he could operate a plastic laminating machine in
his ras, iderlce at 1.12 Fifth Stre'et in an R-3 zone. He
explained that the size of the machine is 9 x 16
,and, th. maxi-mum. size of work 'produced was 6" x 8".
In answer to several commissioners questions as to
what a plastic laminatlng mach, ine.was:, he stated that
It was merely a hobby- craft machine which enclosed
pict-unas and the 11ke, between two pi - ec e ' s of pla,sti,c
and that he wanted to do this on a commercial basis
and that all of 'Llie finlshed producas would be mai led,.
Chairman Taylor informed him that it would be nece&sar)
for him to secure a Use Parm-It and the approval 1, of the
Fire Chief "to assure that no fire hazards 'would result
from the operation of this machine in a resident. It
,would they be cons,d,ered by the Planning Commission

of this property due to the fact that there was not
sufficient space for a fire truck to get to this
pr {ha II man Taylor informed her that the
public hearing washeld earlier In the evening and
that no expnes were heard. against said use permit
at that time', therefore, a use permit was granted to
