sion followed, and after a poll was ' taken of the
members present it Was unanimously decided to
take the matter Under advisement. Chairman
Taylor in-formed Mr. Burkhardt that the matter
would be taken under advisement in order that

the commissioners could d make a further study of
the plot plan - to determine, the necessary require-
ments in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
and to obtain clarification from the City
Attorney of the term "garage spa- Chairman
Taylor further stated that he would be advised

of'their decision as soon as possible and the
plans submitted 'Would be returned at that time.
Chairman Taylor noted that some correspondence
had been received after the printing of the
agenda. that ha-would like to have read at this
time. -
A letter from the City Clerk inviting the Plan-
ning Commission to the meeting of
the City Council on January 7 1957., to discuss
procedures was read, and filed. Gommissioner
Brown explained thati the purpose 'of this discus-
sion was to determine-a means of lightening the
burdens of 'the Planning Commission and to dis-
cuss - the matter of hiring a Planning Consultant.,
A Poll was taken of the members.present and it
was the unanimous decision. that 'the Planning
Commission attend this meeting of the Council
Chairman Taylor :stated that he would.inform the
members who were absent of this meeting.

Chairman Taylor announced .that since the next

APPLICATION OF GEORGE PERRY
Chairman Taylor informed Mr. Louis Benelli that

the application of George 1. Perry to connect to
the City sewer had been referred to the Planning
Commission by the City Council and that an
informal discussion be
would held after adjourn-
ment so that they coqld . report their findings to
the City Council. Mr. Benelli was invited to
stay for the informal discussion.
