tive.s of the Church 'that their use permit

PAULINE DENHAM YARNS, INC Use Permit application #9961 of Pauline
Denham Yarns, Inc., 208 Main Street, to
operate a wholesale jobbers business rel
ing to yarns and related materials at the
Sales & Bourke Hatchery Building, 401
Seventh and F Streets R -2 zone., in accord-
ance with Section 7(d� of Zoning Ordinance
No. 340 W.C,.S., was next considered, Mrs.
Denham was present and stated she had nothing
further to add. Chairman Taylor stated that,
after making a field check he had found that
the nature of this business was clean and
quiet and that they only had two or three
freight deliveries per months He also
stated that the Sales & Bourke Hatchery
Building had a large amount of empty.space
and.that the Pauline Denham Yarns, Inc.
needed more room for expansion of their
business, After a poll was taken it was
deemed that a. public hearing was not neces-
sary, whereupon, Resolution No, Ull -57.
�-' granting the Use Permit was introduced by
Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commis-
sioner Margolis and unanimously passed
all members present,
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE Chairman Taylor asked the Commissioners to
stay for a short informal meeting after
adjournment to discuss the changes recom-
mended by the Building Inspector to the
Zoning Ordinance.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come,
before the meeting,. the meeting was
adjourned,
