On the southeasterly corner of Parcel 46- 3937* 6, facing
I n Harris Street,, R 3 zone,, Chairman Dean .stated that
he had discussed this matter with the City Engineer,

informed him that had, contacted the surveyor and that`

Schilber had more space. than, was originally anticipated
at .the. time of filing for the variance:.. Chairman Dean
further stated. Ingram pointed out to him that

substandard in, size and i,.n view5 the fact that the survey
had. been made. and. assurance had been given that the

There being no. objections heard to the granting of the
" variance, Resolution No,o V8m.5'T, recommending to ,,the
City 'Counci.l that .the variance, be ,granted;, was introduced
by Commissioner Parsons, seconded 'by Commissioner
Ellis ;and unani.mo0sl:y passed by-All, ipbmbOrg present.
Chairman :Dean instructed Mrs6 . Schi'lber to file the. map
with the: City 'Engineer as soon as it had.been completed..
