Bernice Krulevitch expressing their gratitude for the rezoning action recently

Upon. motion made by Co.m. missioner Stimson, seconded. by Commissioner

Commission.
A. motion was made by Commissioner Tibbetts, seconded by Commissioner
Stimson, and unanimou pa ssed, electing Lester J,, Popp Vice - Chairman of
the Planning Com mission.
ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL
Architectural approval, of plans.: submitted by Mr. John Cavanagh for the
Hagstrom's Food Store Building, P'etaluma'Trade, Ceftter, at Douglas, Street
near Upha Street in a, G- 1. di.s rxict - w as next considered. The plans as sub -

Planning Director, He explained that we now have a approval in the

Upon a - motion made by Commissioner, Popp and seconded by Commissioner -
Parsorts, the Commission. Unanimously - ,,).:greed that. the z.oningordinance should-
be revised to Include site plan and architectura.1 approval control in all zones
except R - and—R-2 an d directed the Planning Director to submit these proposed
regulations to the City Attorney so that the proper resolution could be drafted
for the next meetirfo'.
STAFF REPORTS,
Mr. Coleman announced that he was advised .by the County Planning Director
that the Board of Supervisors have encumbered the .money for their share of the
Petaluma Area Genera 1. Plan cost,
