HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 96-186 07/15/1996 RESOLUTION NO. ss-l8s N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS MAGNOLIA TERRACE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) The City Council of the City of Petaluma resolves: 1. On this date the City Council adopted its Resolution Initiating Proceeding for the .formation of Magnolia Terrace ,Landscape Maintenance District and directed the preparation and filing of an Engineer's Report on the proposed formation. 2. The Engineer for the proceedings has filed an Eng'ineer's Report with the City Clerk. 3. Owners of all land within the boundaries of the .proposed assessment district have filed their consent to the formation for the proposed district without notice of hearing, and to the adoption of the Engineer's Report and the levy of assessments stated therein. 4. The City Council hereby orders the improvements and the formation of the assessment district described in the Resolution Initiating Proceedings and in the Engineer's Report. 5. The City Council hereby confirms the diagram and assessment contained in the Engineers Report, and levies the assessment for the fiscal year 1996-97. Under the power and auffiority Conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
