On March 19; 2004, in response to the RFP, 7 three companies (Green Waste Recovery, Empire Waste Management, and. NorCal Waste Services) submitted proposals. Each of the four companies has prepared a presentation for Council to describe their proposals and is available to answer Council and staff questions. Staff and its consultant seek direction from Council on the following: (1) subjects the Council wants evaluated, and (2) whether to proceed with evaluation of all four proposals, including North Bay's original April 2003 proposal.
