I'was also involved. nvolved as a member of The Central Petaluma Specific Plan Advisory Committee as a`property owner, but was unable to attend all ` meetings when the nights we_ re ,changed, from Tuesday to Thursday due to prior commitments. I have been in the construction trade, for over 40 years' and have owned Main Street Computer Store since it began in 1991. 'Then, =as.I drive down the Boulevard � .I see =a beautiful Old E ity with an important downtown core:. I think thatAhs. is what Basin Street Properties is trying_ to achieve. The downtown and the river are:Petalurna'& focal points. Considering all'the recent new apartment construction, I also see a very low resi aential and commercial vacancy rate, which, shows us .that Petaluma is a desirable place to live and work.
