HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 96-306 10/21/1996Resolution No. 96-306 N.C.S. of the City of Petaluma, California APPOINTING COMMITTEE TO DEVELOP A PLAN FOR ACCESS TO LAFFERTY RANCH WHEREAS, the Petaluma City Council has adopted Ordinance 2022 NCS which directed that a public use management plan to be prepared for Lafferty Ranch,and; WHEREAS., the Petaluma City Council has a desire to bring together a group of 2 property owners and 11 citizens, one representative each from the Planning Commission and the Parks and Recreation Commission to develop said plan; and WHEREAS, the Petaluma City Council has considered the committee applications they have received. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that. the City of Petaluma appoints the following individuals whose goal it is to develop a plan for access to Lafferty Ranch while preserving and protecting the land and the stream in their natural state as open spaces, natural resources, and habitats: Councilmember Co-Chairmen: Mary Stompe and Matt Maguire Sonoma Mountain Property Owners: John Saemann and Patricia Cheda Other Committee members: Douglas Daily Tom Foster Bruce Hagen Michael Lennon Tod Manning Kim Nadeau Bruce Osterlye Rich Parmer Robert Ramirez Timothy Talamantes Hank Zucker Intern: Laurel Hagen Planning Commissioner Recreation Commissioner Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City REFERENCE: I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was inVOduced and adopted Approved as to by the Council of the City of Petaluma at a Regular meeting on form: October 21. 1996, by the following vote: ~J ~ y~ CityCity Attorney=~ AYES: Maguire, Hamilton, Barlas, Read, Shea, Vice Mayor Stompe, Mayor Hilligoss NOES: None ABSENT: None ATTEST: ~ /~;(~t°C~, ~ ~ ~'~ ity Clerk Mayor October 21, 1996 Reso. 96=306 NCS
