EXECUTIVE SUMMA
The City received two (2) bids for the.,Cavanagh Center, Demonstration Garden Project ranging
from $24,900 to $42,916 on July. 1 2 2004. The project invblve'sl demolition and re-
landscaping of the -Cavanaugh Center turf 'areas.
2. BACK-GROUND:
The Water Resources & con Consorvation"Departmeilt . is working,' c�tion with the Parks and.

7 WHEREAS, in accordance with ihe�l City of Petaluma Charter and Municipal Code, California

8 Public Contract Code; Section 20'1 and other, 4pp li'cabl'6 law, the City of. Petaluma solicited bids
9 for the Project; and
