PLANNED UNIT DISTRICT, page 1 • August 31, 2004 Sweed School Townhouse.Planned Unit District PURPOSE & ESTABLISHMENT The Philip Sweed Schoolhasbeen recognized,as a Significant Petaluma Historic Resource and it is the intent of this Planned Unit District to-renovate, and adapt the • school building to housing and develop, the site with (14) residential townhouses:. Development of this siterwill bean accordance, with the approval'by P.etaluma's City Council of a Unit Development Plan, Tentative Map and Final Map, to show the, reuse °ofthe existing�school building, internal design of the district, the, interrelationship uses, and their relationship to 'the site. The Planned Unit District will be established with provisions set,forth'herein. The site consists of 31,906 SF with the General Plan designation of UH= Urban;High (10.1 15 du/ ac).
