The City received two (2) bids for the Re- Roofing Corporation Yard 'Buildings Project ranging from
$24,266.00 to $27,0:10.00. In, general, the work includes „ removing. and disposing of the existing built -up
bituminous membrane down to wood-sheathing, furnishing and installing a new built -up bituminous roof
membrane, and doing other work specified in the !special provision and as shown on the plans.

Adopt the resolution awarding the construction contract to the low' bid submitted by Henris Supply Inc.,

1. EXECUTIVE. SUMMARY
The City received two (2) bids for the Re- Roofing Corporation Yard Buildings Project
ranging from $24,266:00 to $27,0,10.00. 'In general, the work includes removing and

2. BACKGROUND
The City Corporation yard was built in approximately 193 "6. Although the break/lunch
room has been remodel led' within the last 5 years, theiroofs on the remaining buildings
were last replaced in 1970.
3. ALTERNATIVES:
a. Award contract.
b. Reject the bids and re- advertise.
C. Do not'perforrn the work.
4. FINANCIAL IMPACTS
The Engineers estimate. was $29;9.00. The following is the summary of bids.
