Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares of up to no more than fifteen minutes. If more than three persons wish to address Council on the some topic,, they are encouraged to select a spokesperson who will be allocated equal time of no more than three minutes and no less than any other individuals speaking. Council reserves the right to limit the Public Comments to fifteen minutes. The Mayor will call on individuals whose names appear on the speaker cards. Speakers will be acknowledged by the Mayor or a Council Member and may be asked questions for clarification. If you wish to distribute materials to Council, please submit ten copies to the City Clerk. The City Council will hear public comments only on matters over which they have jurisdiction. No action can be taken by the Council on these items; however, the Council may refer questions to City Management for review. The Council would also request that you focus your comments to the issues only. No personal attacks or comments on any individual's integrity will be tolerated. Your assistance in helping to create open and civil public discussion and your participation in community issues is appreciated. (Skladzien) ADJOURN It is the intent of the City Council to adjourn the meeting at approximately 7:30 p.m. in order to attend a celebratory dinner. In accordance with the American's with Disabilities Act, if you require special assistance to participate in this meeting, please contact the City Clerk's Office 707.7784360. Although the Act requires 48 -hour notification, a 72 -hour notification will help to ensure that necessary arrangements are made.
