HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 95-170 07/17/1995 95-170 JUL ~ 7 1995 _ ~ Resolution No. N.C.S. 1 of the Cih~ of Pet~lum~~, California 2 3 4 5 6 RESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY AND SUPPLEMENTAL WAGE BENEFITS FOR 7 MID-MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES IN UNIT 9 8 9 10 11 WHEREAS, the City Manager, pursuant to Section 28, City 12 of Petaluma City Charter, is required and empowered to make a 13 recommendation to the City Council on matters related to 14 employee's compensation; and, 15 16 WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the attached 17 Exhibit "A" and recommends approval thereof, 18 19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the salary and 20 supplemental wage benefit as specified in the attachment for Mid- 21 Management Personnel in this Unit, being in the best interest of 22 the City, be approved and shall become effective July 3, 1995. 23 24 Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
