Sonoma County Health Official the City of Petaluma City Council meeting will not be

CALL TO ORDER - 6:00 P.M.
Mayor Barrett called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

City Manager Peggy Flynn introduced the workshop and Finance Director Corey
Garberolio presented an the budget process, COVID-19 impacts, an all funds
overview, a general fund overview, a long term forecast update, and risks and
opportunities. Assistant City Manager Brian Cochran provided an overview of
Measure U.

Mayor Barrett closed public comment.
Council unanimously agreed to continue the meeting past 11:00 p.m.
Mayor Barrett provided closing remarks and Director Garberolio announced the
next step would be bringing the budget back to Council at the City Council Regular
Meeting of June 7, 2021 for the introduction (first reading) of ordinances.
GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
During General Public Comment, the public is invited to make comments on items of public interest
that are within the City Council’s subject matter jurisdiction and that are not listed on the current
agenda. Public comments are limited up to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of
persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than
twenty minutes, subject to the Council’s discretion (Cal. Gov’t. Code §54954.3(a), Petaluma City
Council Rules, Policies and Procedures, III).
