5 AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE

12 WHEREAS, three bids were received on September 27, 1995; and

14 NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Petaluma that:

16 1. The plans and specifications for the above referenced project, prepared by Winzler &
17 Kelly, Consulting Engineers, are hereby approved;
18
19 2. The low bid is accepted for the project;
20
21 3. The contract be and it is hereby awarded to Arrow Trenchless, 7307 Roseville Rd. ,
22 Suite 6, Sacramento, CA 95842, the low bidder, in the amount of $45,678.00.

24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the
25 contract with Arrow Trenchless, subject to the review and approval of all contract documents,
26 insurance certificates and bonds by the City Attorney.
