EXTENDING 1995 ALLOCATIONS
FOR THE WILLOW GLEN SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Willow Glen subdivision received allocations from the 1995 pool according to
Municipal Code Chapter 17.26, Residential Growth Management System; and
WHEREAS, the Willow Glen subdivision proponent is preparing his development application,
which is required by the city's growth management system; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an extension of their 1995 allocations until March 31,
1996, as permitted by Municipal Code Section 17.26.070 J; and
WHEREAS, city staff believe that with due diligence by all parties the subdivision can have their
development application determined to be complete by March 31, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Petaluma hereby
extends the December 31, 1995 deadline for the determination of completeness of the development
application to March 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council finds that the extension
is warranted because the project involves peculiar site characteristics that make good site planning,
engineering, and city review more difficult and time consuming.
Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
