HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 95-319 12/18/1995 s®~...~~~®~ 95-319 ~.C.~. of e City of Petaluma, California EXTENDING 1995 ALLOCATIONS FOR THE WILLOW GLEN SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Willow Glen subdivision received allocations from the 1995 pool according to Municipal Code Chapter 17.26, Residential Growth Management System; and WHEREAS, the Willow Glen subdivision proponent is preparing his development application, which is required by the city's growth management system; and WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an extension of their 1995 allocations until March 31, 1996, as permitted by Municipal Code Section 17.26.070 J; and WHEREAS, city staff believe that with due diligence by all parties the subdivision can have their development application determined to be complete by March 31, 1996; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Petaluma hereby extends the December 31, 1995 deadline for the determination of completeness of the development application to March 31, 1996. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Council finds that the extension is warranted because the project involves peculiar site characteristics that make good site planning, engineering, and city review more difficult and time consuming. Under the power and authority conferred upon this Council by the Charter of said City.
